The Key Facts Sheet (KFS) is designed to help you choose the right home loan and is only applicable when the loan will be repaid by way of principal and interest repayments for the full term plus the purpose of the loan is to purchase residential property or to refinance a loan that was wholly or predominantly to purchase residential property. Just select the loan of your preference, adjust the ‘sliders’ that will appear to the amount and term of your choice and click 'View Results'. All the details of your loan, including interest rate, repayments and fees are then shown on the screen. The KFS will then provide a summary of the loan you are seeking, such as a personalised comparison rate, the estimated costs of the home loan and it explains what may occur if interest rates increase or if you rollover to a standard rate from a fixed rate. Reuse the calculator as many times as you like until you're happy with the result.  Then, click on the button at the bottom of the screen to have your personalised Key Facts Sheet emailed straight to you.
